Odia Welfare Association cordially invites you with your family and friends to join with us to spread odia culture worldwide. The Odia Welfare Association is a non-political, non-profit, and voluntary community formed in Mumbai near Mumbai. Founded in 2008, in Mumbai by a small group of Odia expatriates to create a Odia belongingness among Odia people living in Mumbai. The Odia community in Mumbai key focus is to promote socio cultural activities in Mumbai and promote Odisha culture and heritage. The community has grown over the last decade with more number of people arriving in Singapore for employment and some to pursue their aspirations on higher education.

Maa Gaja Laxmi Puja
We are celebrating Maa Gaja Laxi Puja since from year 2008.
Puja Celebration
Ladies are doing traditional way of puja. Sevaral people from Mumbai are attaended this puja.
Cultural programme
Various types of cultral and entertainment programmes are done by our members and there families.
Boita vandana ustav
Boita vandana ustav is a traditional boat sailing festival celebrated in odisha.
Family get together
Besides of various cultral and traditional programme we also make family get together.
Raja festival
Raja Parba is a three-day-long festival and the second day signifies beginning of the solar month from, which the season of rains starts.
Holi festival
Holi; is a popular ancient Hindu festival, originating from the Indian subcontinent.
Rath yatra participation
During the Rath Yatra Festival in Puri, the idols of Jagannath Temple are taken out of the temple in a procession.
Odia food festival
Members are not forgotton participate traditional odia food made by members family only.
